The South Bank Soccer Club is a non-profit, federal tax-exempt organization dedicated to providing a high-quality program for motivated and talented youth soccer players.

About Us

South Bank Soccer Club seeks to offer a challenging, competitive, and educational program in which young soccer players will develop their soccer skills and learn sportsmanship, citizenship, and fair play. We are committed to develop players to be technically proficient, tactically sound, physically fit, and mentally balanced relative to the sport of soccer.

Established in 1980, The South Bank Soccer Club has become one of the top clubs in the state and has proven itself a resource for the youth soccer community in the Greater Phoenix area.

2008 Arizona State ChampionsJune 1, 2008

The Southbank 89 Ladybugs won there seventh Arizona State Championship, defeating Sereno 1-0. The Ladybugs will represent Arizona at the Far West Regionals in Honolulu, Hawaii.

2008 Far West RegionalsJune 21, 2008

The Southbank 89 Ladybugs reached the semifinal at the Far West Regionals. The Ladybugs advanced from pool play with victories over Whatcom FC Rangers Gold (WA) and Sereno 89 White (AZ). The Ladybugs defeated Albuquerque United FC (NM) in the quarterfinals but the Slammers FC (CA) ended their Championship quest in the semifainals.
